Terms and Conditions
Effective date: July 5, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern estimates, quotes, and services provided by Sebs Landscaping & Masonry LLC ("we," "us," or "our") for landscaping, masonry, hardscaping, patios, walkways, retaining walls, mulch installation, decorative stone, sod installation, grading, shrub removal, bush trimming, property cleanups, and lawn maintenance throughout Fairfield County, CT and surrounding Connecticut areas. By requesting an estimate or hiring us for services, you agree to these Terms.
Estimates & Quotes
Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of the request and are not final until the full scope of work, site conditions, labor, materials, and property access have been confirmed. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions differ from what was initially assessed.
Deposits
A deposit may be required before work begins on larger landscaping, masonry, hardscaping, or material-heavy projects. Deposit amounts and terms will be included in your written estimate or invoice.
Scheduling
We do our best to keep every job on schedule, but weather, property access, material availability, and site conditions can affect start dates and completion times. We will communicate with you as early as possible if a delay affects your project.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices for larger or ongoing projects may include a payment schedule outlined in your written estimate.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask that customers provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible, so we can adjust our crew's schedule accordingly.
Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property and identifying known hazards (such as irrigation lines, septic systems, buried utilities, or pet areas) prior to the start of work.
Project Photos & Videos
As described in our Privacy Policy, we may photograph or video job sites for quality records and marketing purposes unless a customer requests otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
We perform all work using industry-standard practices and materials. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by conditions outside our reasonable control, including weather, site access, or material availability. Any workmanship concerns should be reported to us promptly so we can make it right.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
